The first bra for the girl has a functional, aesthetic and psychological value.

Each girl has individual features of development. One of the earliest age marks to start wearing a bra is 9 years old. In general, in the interval from 9 to 15 years, most girls are already beginning to get used to a new piece of clothing.

Signs that indicate that it is time to buy the first children's bra:

It happens that a teenage girl is initially richly endowed with nature and has at a very early age, for example, the third breast size. In this case, wearing a bra is a must, as it will help to maintain a beautiful shape longer and avoid skin sprains.

From a psychological point of view, this is not only a physiological need, but also a certain milestone in the mind of a growing child, symbolizing the transition to girlhood. Therefore, psychologists recommend to pay attention to the request of the girl to start wearing, even if visually you see that there is no such need yet. In adolescence, public opinion is very important. And if the girlfriends and peers are already wearing their first bras, then next to them the girl does not want to feel her inferiority. In this case, it is also recommended to purchase the first model, even if it is purely “symbolic”.

Nowadays, underwear does not damage women's health, but, on the contrary, has a favorable effect on it. Nevertheless, there are certain nuances in choosing a bra for a young girl, which should not be neglected.

The main differences between children's models and adults:

• the absence of decorative elements, one way or another intended to seduce;
• lack of usual stones, only lateral stones can be sewn;
• the use of mostly natural materials for sewing, with a cotton content of at least 70%;
• lack of rigid, fixing cups.

The colors are mostly reminiscent of a sporty style, or they are cute, children's colors. Bright and colorful patterns in the form of peas, flowers and berries, bows and stripes - the most common prints. If the bra is made in a single-color version and somewhat resembles a swimsuit for a girl, then it will be easier for her to get used to a new item of her wardrobe.

Preferred fabrics for a young fashionista bra:

• Microfiber is an elastic, soft material, with the properties most similar to natural fabrics.
• Cotton in pure form or with a slight addition of breathable polyamide.

Top running sizes for teenage girls: zero, first, second and third. The size can be determined quite easily by the following algorithm:

• First, inhale, measure the chest girth under the breast;
• then, at the most prominent points, the chest girth is measured with a tape;
• then we subtract the first value from the second value and remember the difference in centimeters.

The classification of teen bras is based on this difference. If it is from 10 to 12 cm, then it is considered a zero size and is marked as AA. Accordingly, the difference from 12 to 14 cm is the first size, indicated by one letter A. The difference from 14 to 16 cm is the second size, marked as B. And if the value is from 16 to 18 cm, then this is the third size, indicated on the product by the letter C .

The label in front of the letters shows the figure that corresponds to the volume of the body under the breast. That is, the size of 70 AA will mean that the bra will fit on a zero chest size with a chest girth of 70 cm.

If your measurements differ by a couple of centimeters from the standard ones, then they are rounded up. An adjustable buckle on the back allows you to adjust the size to fit your needs.

If during measurements it turns out that there is still no suitable size for a girl, then in this case a model in the form of a top, resembling a sports short jersey, is chosen. Support cups can be sewn into it. This is a very convenient and functional option for those whose chest circumference is less than 67 centimeters.

It is not recommended to choose a bra without fitting. Firstly, because the shape of the fabric cups must ideally repeat the forming forms, which, moreover, are constantly changing. It is extremely difficult to determine without careful fitting.

Secondly, the chosen model should be liked by the girl so that the new piece of clothing is worn with pleasure. Also fitting will allow you to see how well the bra is sitting and how it looks under the clothes in which the young charmer walks.

During fitting, also pay attention to the straps:

• they should not crawl or, on the contrary, bump into the body, ideally, between the strap and the body should be placed 1-2 fingers;
• if you had to tighten the straps too much for the bra to sit perfectly, then this is a negative sign, as the straps will quickly stretch and will continue to creep away when worn;
• preference is better to give wider straps.

The rear jumper with clasp should not rise when driving. The optimal size is the one that allows you to fasten it on the middle hook.

When fitting, after wearing at least a minute, there should be no marks on the body from the bra. It is good if you stop your choice on a seamless version, which has a very positive effect on the blood supply without complicating it. The bones in the bra are also undesirable, as they can impede the lymph outflow.

It is better to make a purchase in the period between women's days when the breast is not enlarged and has its usual form.

It is also recommended to buy several types of bra at once, so that in the process of everyday wear, the girl can determine which option is more comfortable for her and best suits her taste preferences.

Soft bras for girls can be in the form of a triangle, top or sports model. Especially good supporting effect has a sports bra, thanks to the use of special fabric and cut. There are options with low support, medium and high. For physical education this option is ideal.

The triangle is most similar to the adult form, but does not have pits and tight inserts in the cup. Top bras look like T-shirts, they are beautiful and very comfortable to wear. This style has a lower supporting effect compared to sports models.

Very nice seamless patterns or with ultra-flat seams. They have a positive effect on blood flow and lymph flow. Strapless bra is best to wear as little as possible. The model with the push-up effect is not recommended not only for physiological reasons, but also for aesthetic ones. At such a tender age, such tricks look absolutely inappropriate. Wearing rules for girls:

• the bra is worn for no more than 12 hours, at first it will even be enough to put it on only for playing sports;
• bra necessarily removed at night;
• it is desirable to have several bras and change them every day, since on the second day the bra needs to be given a “rest”, replacing with another.

Seamless styles are ideal for tight-fitting clothes: knitted T-shirts and T-shirts, dresses, blouses on the figure.

It happens that a girl by nature already in adolescence has a dense physique. In this case, you need to make it a rule to wear bras with wide straps. They evenly distribute the load and weight of the breast, not the bones, as is commonly believed.

Due to certain features of the fabric from which bras are sewn, they do not tolerate high temperatures, since elasticity is lost and the appearance of the product deteriorates. Therefore, during washing it is not advisable to set the temperature above 30 degrees. Also, do not dry clothes near the heating devices. The best option is to dry naturally in the open air.

For the same reason, the use of bleach, stain removers and other aggressive detergents is contraindicated. Use better soft washing powder.

Wash bras should occur separately from the rest of the clothes. Make sure that the typewriter does not have underwear along with rough textured fabrics: jeans, sweatshirts, shirts of dense material. This can ruin underwear once and for all.

The same thing happens if you wear coarse things on top of the bra while you are wearing it. To ensure that your underwear lasts as long as possible, wear a T-shirt between a sweater and a bra. This will protect against premature wear and damage to the appearance of the product.
