This is one of the easiest ways that a child can handle. To create such an accessory, you will need to take an adhesive tape of different colors, a sheet of very thick white paper or cardboard, a ruler, scissors and a simple pencil.

First you need to divide the paper sheet into 3 equal parts of 7 cm length. Stick a strip of adhesive tape on the central part. Then the reverse side of the sheet is completely pasted with colored tape.

The next step: fold the sheet in half and cut a small hemisphere in the middle. Then paste the back side of the sheet with adhesive tape, and bend the sheet in three places along the previously drawn lines. Now it will remain to issue the resulting wallet-purse with appliqué, lace, lacing, ribbons to your taste and a stylish accessory is ready!

The option is more difficult is made of fabric. This will require any suitable material (leather, suede, lace trim, chintz, calico, satin, velvet).
