In the Memorial Book of the Tauride Province for 1900, the changed name of the village is recorded - Tarpanchi-Biyuk with four yards, with a Russian population of 36 people. From 1922 to 1948, according to the Tarpanchi-Biyuk documents, they signed Beshi, then they divided into two settlements - Tarpanchi and Biyuk, then they connected them again, and only in 1948, by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of May 18, the permanent name was fixed to the village - Okunevka.

The name of the village Okunevka received in honor of the fishing industry, which was famous for its ancient ancestors. Today, quite a secluded place with 10 streets, two lanes, with an area of ​​25 hectares, with a population of 584 people, can not compete with eminent resorts.
