    • Genoese fortress. The fortress was built by the Genoese in the XIV-XV centuries and to this day has survived in fairly good condition. Visitors can see the main gate, more than a dozen towers, the ruins of warehouses and barracks. The tallest tower is called Patrol and is located at a height of 15 meters.

    The Genoese chose a good place to build a fortress. The approaches for the enemies were hampered, as from all sides it was surrounded by the sea, rocks and ditches.

    • Cypress alley. Cypresses are the most beautiful representatives of the southern flora, many Black Sea cities are decorated with alleys and parks planted with these trees. In Sudak cypress alley goes to the waterfront. On it, besides slender green giants, you can find cafes, bars, entertainment centers, as well as many shops and stalls with souvenirs.
    • Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin. The temple can be found in the heart of the city. It was erected in the first half of the XIX century - construction began exactly 200 years ago, in 1819. In 1868, historians celebrate the visit to the church by Empress Maria Alexandrovna, and in 1912 - Tsar Nicholas II.

    Until the mid-30s of the last century, believers prayed in the temple, but then his they set up storage facilities, then a TV workshop, and later pioneer fees were organized in the church. In 1990, the church was returned to believers.

      • Temple of the Twelve Apostles. The church is made in the Byzantine style, it belongs to the Genoese fortress. For a long time of its existence, it was destroyed several times and rebuilt again.
      • Temple of St. Elias. One of the oldest temples in the Crimea. He is in Sunny Valley and is enveloped in mysticism. Locals say that every summer, on August 2, Elijah the Thunderbird publishes a real roar of thunder over his temple.

      The grave of the martyr Peter was found on the territory of the church. After the restoration, a font was built here.

      • Aji Bay Mosque. It is located near Sudak in the village of Dachne. Beautiful old building built in the XVIII century. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the mosque was destroyed, restoration work is underway today. Every Friday services are held here.

      Then for 3 years it was used as a floating restaurant in Feodosia. Since 1994, the ship has found its refuge at Cape Meganom. There were plans to place a hotel in it, but today the ship is abandoned, although it is fenced off from the curious onlookers.

        • Festival "Genoese Helmet". On the territory of the Crimea in the Middle Ages the Genoese Republic was located. Since 2001, in the Genoese fortress began to organize a festival that displays the era of the Middle Ages. Every summer the so-called knights from different countries of the world come to the festival.
