Hydrophilic oil appeared on the Russian cosmetology market relatively recently. It looks like an ordinary vegetable, but has completely different features and characteristics. Its characteristic feature is the ability to dissolve in water.

Thus, we can safely say that hydrophilic oil is an extremely versatile care product for complete cleansing of the skin, its effective moisturizing and removal of cosmetic residues. From all other types of products with similar functionality, it differs by the ability to react with water already on the surface of the skin.

The tool was created by Korean scientists a few decades ago, but despite this, this technology was officially patented only in the second half of the last century in Japan.
