  • straight knife - blade shape is wide and short, only 9 cm long, it is convenient to remove the peel from fruits and vegetables with such a device;
  • curved cleaning knife - the blade is short, only 7 cm in length, slightly concave in the middle, suitable for cutting out the “eyes” of potatoes and spoiled places of vegetables and fruits.

"Wedge"

The design of this collection is strict and concise. The handle is made of impact-resistant thermoplastic resin, or more simply, plastic. There are several holes on the handle so that the hand does not fog up during operation.

The main color of the knife handle is black and only the inside of the holes is diluted with an orange rim. The ruler consists of the following options:

"Maroon"

The peculiarity of this line is that the products are completely made of steel. Blades are used for the blades. They are covered with a special compound, as a result of which they acquire a dark gray asphalt shade and increased resistance to corrosion. And the handle is made of stainless steel.

    Care

    To prevent steel from contact with the aggressive environment of detergents, salts and various acids, it is recommended to wash Taller knives by hand rather than in the dishwasher.
