How to cook:

• gelatin must be poured with milk and left for 30-40 minutes;
• Using a mixer, cheeses, sour cream and sugar turn into a homogeneous mass, and the swollen gelatin is heated to a temperature of about 50-60 degrees;
• then gelatin should be mixed with the resulting mass;
• Pour it into a container and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
