This can be done using a carbon copy, template or manually (if you have this ability). Next, we proceed to cutting out the details or the pattern.

Of course, it is much more convenient to do it with an electric jigsaw, but it is possible to do it manually. After that, you need to make a fine finish for aesthetics: polish (especially the edges) and varnish. At will it is possible to decorate.

If you start using a jigsaw for the first time, then you need to find simple cutting patterns to practice a little. For example, consider the manufacture of napkins step by step.

This is a relatively simple hack, but still requires some skill.

1. We start by choosing a drawing. There are different types of napkin holders with all sorts of patterns, but we have chosen one of the simplest ones, such ones are suitable for beginners.

With an electric jigsaw, the situation is easier, because with it, work goes much faster and safer. In our case, we cut out according to the scheme 3 parts: the bottom and 2 side parts. First, it is better to cut out small parts, in our case it is a pattern.
4. After cutting the parts, you can proceed to their assembly and gluing. At will it is possible to process in addition a varnish and paint.

Making souvenirs from plywood using laser cutting is much easier and faster than manually. However, this requires much higher costs. But if you are a happy owner of such a device, then you can easily get to work.

As in the previous paragraph, we begin the work by selecting the drawing of the product you like (remember that you can draw it yourself or find the finished drawing). We will consider the work on the example of manufacturing feeders.

1. Let's prepare this drawing. It can be taken as a jpg-image or modified in the program CorelDRAW.
2. Next we connect a laser device to electricity.
3. We load the circuit into the software on the computer for laser cutting and set the settings in the plywood cutting program.
4. We install a plywood sheet in the working area of ​​the laser system.
5. Make sure everything is installed correctly. Some devices are much smaller in size, so sometimes parts will have to be placed on two sheets of plywood.
6. Now run the program.
7. Separate the cut parts of the feeder from the base and glue the product as indicated in the diagram.
8. If desired, you can decorate the craft or leave it in this form. The edges, burned by the laser, add some aesthetics, therefore their additional processing is not required.
