The need to purchase a new bowl may arise not only when the old one has worn out, but also when there is a need to have 2 interchangeable ones. You can choose different bowls for different models of multicookers, both in terms of volume and type of internal coating.

Each model has its own tanks, which differ in:
- volume;
- diameter and height;
- the presence of dimensional divisions;
- internal coating material;
- handles and clips.
Of course, capacity is one of the main and obvious parameters, which differ in the multicooker bowls. The most common are five-liter bowls, but in general the volume varies from 2 to 7 liters. Manufacturing material
All multicooker bowls are aluminum, the only difference is in the internal additional coating. By type of coverage they are as follows.
- Not covered with anything. The material for their manufacture are aluminum or stainless steel. They are immune to mechanical stress, durable, but dishes often burn.
- Non-stick. This is primarily about Teflon - this coating is most often used as internal. It does not interact with food, it evenly distributes heat during cooking. But it is quickly erased, especially if you do not use metal devices - forks, knives. Also, Teflon is very susceptible to temperature extremes.
- Ceramic. Such products can withstand high temperatures without emitting toxic compounds. But ceramics is fragile, it should be handled very carefully.
Each type has its own advantages - those that are made of metal, have the best balance, and those covered with teflon are more comfortable than others. How to pick up bowls for multicooker?
Compatibility plays an important role not only in terms of bowl size, but also other parameters. To choose the right one for the other, you need to take into account the height, volume and diameter. If the bowls of your existing model are not available, it makes sense to look for a compatible brand of the same or another.For a perfect compatibility of the container with the multicooker, their coincidence in size and basic characteristics is necessary.
To pick up a bowl, you need to measure its height, diameter, and volume initially known. Such information is contained in the multicooker passport, and if it is lost, you can simply measure the capacity. This can be done simply and quickly, only a ruler is required. What you need to measure:
- diameter - it is measured using a standard ruler in the area as wide as possible (if the width is not the same);
- height - it should be measured from the lowest point on the outer edge to the highest point of the bowl, also take into account the height of the lid;
- form - the external side is also taken into account, the tightness of the multicooker and the taste of the prepared food depend on it.
Compatibility table
As already noted, the interchangeable container should be placed in the multicooker completely and allow it to be closed for the cooking period. If the bowl is smaller than the original, less heat from the heating element will flow to it. This can not affect the speed and quality of cooking. A bowl with a large diameter or volume will simply not fit into the slow cooker or will interfere with the hermetic closure of the lid.

Types of bowls
The list of cups that can replace containers that have become unusable in different models of multicookers can always be supplemented, since new modifications are periodically released. They, in turn, are compatible with various other capacities. Therefore, in order to avoid unpleasant situations it is better if you picked up a suitable bowl and before purchasing made sure that it is compatible with the slow cooker you have.
If everything is the same, and the bowl is tightly fitted along the edges and in the area of the heating element, then you can buy it. Before using the device, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and dried outside and inside.
There are several lines of multicooker containers.
- "Eco" - no coverage, the most budget option. Suitable for cooking any dishes.
- "Classic" - cover only inside.
- Premium - coating on both sides (black on the inside, silver-bronze on the outside or similarly black).
- Proff G1 - Aluminum is used as a material of manufacture, from the inside it is covered with a layer of stainless steel. Coverage unilateral.
- "Budget" - bilateral coating, non-stick. The coating in the base contains PTFE.
- "Kerama" - as the name implies, the bowls are made of ceramic, the inner coating is made of low-temperature glass enamel with fluoroplastic.
