Psychologists have long proved that only four types of temperament prevail among people: choleric, sanguine, melancholic and phlegmatic. Each of them is distinguished by special, dissimilar features of character and behavior.
At the same time, it is known that there are practically no people who belong to only one type of character. Most often in the same person different psycho-types are mixed simultaneously.
You can easily meet a person who has the features of choleric-sanguine.
Distinctive features
Choleric-sanguine - these are people who have character traits and implement behavioral patterns characteristic of two types of temperament. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze each of them in more detail.
Sanguine men
So, sanguine people are quite sociable, they quickly find a common language with others and like to communicate. Cheerful and able to quickly replace various activities, they do not like the routine work. However, if in one person there are not only sanguine, but also choleric features, then an abrupt change of types of activity can cause irritability and discontent.
Sanguine people quickly adapt to new and previously unknown conditions of the environment, as well as well control their emotional state.
This type of temperament is similar to choleric in the sense that their owners tend to speak loudly, quickly and expressively, complementing their speech with facial expressions and gestures.
Choleric
If we go over to describing the nature of choleric persons, then it should be noted that these people are quite quickly and easily excited, often may be unbalanced, hot-tempered and impatient (in scientific terms, they are dominated by arousal over inhibition).
If the choleric person is combined with a sanguine person, then this feature of character softens a little.
Among other things, choleric people are subject to a quick change of mood and rather bright manifestations of feelings - they take all events to heart, and often to their own account.
This character trait can manifest itself in everyday life in the not the best way - choleric people may seem too touchy and sentimental.
On the other hand, choleric persons are quite stubborn in their personality. If any occupation causes genuine interest in them, they are enthusiastically accepted for its implementation, easily overcome any difficulties and eliminate obstacles that stand in their way.
It should be noted that people who combine the characteristics of choleric and sanguine can soften and neutralize some of the negative traits inherent in any of these types of temperaments.
Based on such combinations, almost all people are built. Each of us has features of different types of temperament. That is why each of us is an individual.
However, one should not forget the fact that man is a social being, by definition. We all live in the company of other people and therefore must find a common language with others and try to make compromises.
